Epic Dance (aka Concord Dance Club) with generous support from private and corporate sponsors—including Global Link Distributions—provides dance instruction, camps, costumes and performance opportunities for youth and adults. The organization extends the power of the arts throughout the Elkhart, Middlebury, and Goshen communities. Our outreach initiatives ensure that every individual, regardless of background or ability, has access to high-quality dance education and uplifting arts experiences.

Comprehensive dance instruction for youth and adults.

50+ students served annually through our after-school dance programs at local schools
$3,250 in need-based tuition assistance provided monthly, supporting 40 students in 2024.
Free weekly classes offered to individuals with disabilities, ensuring equitable access to the arts, serving ADEC and community youth.
1,500 students reached each year through school performances, masterclasses, and arts-integration workshops.
Epic Company dancers contribute over 500 volunteer hours annually, giving one hour each week to mentoring, community events, and service initiatives.

Why Goals Matter for Kids: From Scallops to Lumpsuckers

I remember how proud I felt the day my young swimmer advanced from Scallop to Guppie . As I watched her strong, self-assured doggy paddle, I imagined Olympic gold. Possibly a parade. The next few months were intoxicating. She rocketed through the preschool ranks—Cuttlefish, Mackerel—and eventually reached the pinnacle of aquatic achievement: Lumpsucker . We were living the dream! What Our Graduates Are Doing

"I joined InMotion Dance Company as a freshman at Indiana University. I became InMotion's Assistant Director of Hip Hop my sophomore year; Head Director of Contemporary my junior year and am completing my senior year as Head Director of Hip Hop, growing the company from 60 - 100 dancers! I have Epic to thank for my well-rounded dance education, which allowed me the flexibility to dance and lead in different genres. My last performance at IU is our Fusion '26 Showcase is 4/19 @ 2pm. I'd love to see you there!"
